Minimum Qualification
- Must have passed with minimum 60% marks in Matric Science and O Level. English is compulsory in five subjects at O Level.
- FSC Pre-Engineering Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Computer Studies/Computer Sciences with minimum 65% marks and must have passed O level. English is compulsory in these five subjects.
Must have passed in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Sciences/Computer Studies Level A-C. - Applicants qualifying for O-level and A-levels need to obtain equivalent certificates and conversion of marks from the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC), Ministry of Education, Islamabad with a pass in Mathematics and Physics. Additionally, you must supply your own. Levels should be connected. Grade A or C in Chemistry, Computer Studies/Computer Sciences.
- A minimum of 65% marks is required for admission to FSC Part 1 Examination and FSC Part 2 Final Examination. Candidates have to submit their FSC Part II roll numbers and names of their educational institutions as issued by the Head. Submit the photocopy of the roll number slip journal to Board Headquarters Personnel Administration Directorate B. A candidate has to submit the mark sheet of SSC final result cards within one week of the declaration of the result by the FSC board for their counting.
- Software Engineering and Computer Engineering are available only to candidates who have equivalent qualifications in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Studies.

Registration Procedure
- Candidates can also apply online through the Internet and visit the Army Selection and Recruitment Centre
Online Registration
- The date and time of the examination will be given on the email account from which the candidate will apply online.
- The exact date and time of the test will also be given on the computer rise slip which the candidates will get after applying online.
The given date and time will not change. - Candidates will also bring the advertised documents and pay the prospectus fee on the day of the test.
Registration through Army Selection and Recruitment Centers
- Candidates can visit the nearest AS and RCs for registration. Carry the required documents mentioned in the advertisement while visiting In addition, they should have a prospectus fee.
- After that, they will be returned the roll number from the Army Selection Center. Similarly, after the registration, the candidates will have to bring the documents on the day of the test as well.
Test Procedure
- Candidates who clear the intelligence test will be eligible for the academic test.
- In the academic test, MCQs will be conducted in English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, Computer Studies, and Computer Sciences.
- Candidates who qualify for the educational test will be eligible to appear for the physical test at the Army Selection Center.
Physical Test Procedure
- 1.6 km run in eight minutes
- 15 push-ups in two minutes
- 20 sit-ups in two minutes
- Three chin-ups in two minutes
- The crossing ditch measures 7.4″ by 7.4″ and is 4″ deep
Medical Test
- Medical tests of candidates will be conducted at the Army Selection and Recruitment Center.
Further Selection Procedure
- Only the selected candidates will be called for the test by the Inter-Service Selection Board through the official Army website and call-up letters.
- The medical test will be conducted at the nearest CMH on the recommendation of ISSB.
- Final selection based on the overall performance of the candidate will be done at General Headquarters.
Required Documents
- Original certificates Matric or FSC mark sheets, certificates of all O level and A level candidates should be attested by IBCC.
- Photocopies of the Domicile Certificate should be attested. Family Registration Certificate or NADRA Verification Certificate.
- Candidates above 18 years of age must have a Computerized National Identity Card. Photocopy of Bay Form for a person below 18 years of age and CNIC photocopy of father or any Guardian household member.
- Two photographs attested from both sides should be attached on top of the documents
- Three color photocopies attested by the Principal/Class -1 Gazetted Officer (1x front and 2x back).
- Also three original photocopies of ISSB.
Additional Info
- For serving in the army for at least 13 years, cadets are required to sign a surety bond in duplicate at the Dolly counter on stamp paperwork signed by the Magistrate Notary Public Oath Commission for Rs.100.
