Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• a master’s degree from a HEC-approved university.
• Those who know about Islamic finance will be given more advantages.

Experience

• Five years of the latest experience in daily transactions and supervisory work.

Required Skills

• Must know SBP credit norms, policies, and regulations for small and medium enterprises or commercial.
• Must know about Islamic banking products.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Should have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial records, analysis of daily transactions, accounting, disbursements, payments, collections, and provisions.
• Conformance to Shariah principles and guidelines, predicting approved practices.
• Protecting the integrity of financial transactions, and compliance of transactions following Shariah guidelines.
• Maintain records and data, reconcile them, and generate a range of Management Information System (MIS) reports, enabling effective monitoring and decision-making.
• Ensuring utmost adherence to the Bank’s processes, guidelines, policies, and procedures of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), with strong internal control safeguards.
• Preparing and submitting trial balance, financial, and MIS reports to various departments.
• Daily transaction files should be rapidly updated to reflect the most recent data and enable reliable record-keeping.
• Coordination with members of the PDSC, SBP, and external and internal audit teams; providing information and assistance as needed to support audits and ensure compliance.
