The Punjab government has taken a loan from the World Bank for the Human Capital Investment Project. A portion of which is earmarked for counseling services for individuals.

The objective of these posts is to increase the reach of health services and various programs for the welfare of poor people in different districts of Punjab.

The Punjab Government has invited consultants through the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) to complete this project.

The project is scheduled for completion on June 6, 2025.

1. Eligibility Criteria of Software Engineer

Qualification

• Minimum Master’s or equivalent (education of 16 years) in Software Engineering or Computer Science from any university recognized by HEC, Pakistan.

Experience

• At least six years of documentation experience, at least three years of experience in software development with SQL Server databases, report store procedures with business acumen, and understanding of agile methodologies To enable backup and transfer.

Skills

• Expert in Angular and React JS for front-end development with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Excellent ability to understand design and architecture.
• Best use of coding tools.
• Adept at problem-solving and communication skills.

2. Eligibility Criteria of Data Analyst

Qualification

• In statistics, computer sciences, economics, or a similar field, a master’s degree or its equivalent (16 years of education).
• A data analytics certificate holder will be preferred.

Experience

At least 3 years of verifiable, documented experience in

• 
  Data cleaning and preparation
• performing data analysis and visualization, including survey data analysis
• Dashboards and Reports
• Communication Good writing and analytical skills, and prior academic research or reporting experience, would be an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and on several projects at once.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a strong sense of team spirit

Skills

• excellent analytical abilities
• Expertise in data collection, management, and analysis
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Stata- recommended software.
