Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Graduation (master’s degree holders will be preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Requests for account opening, CIF modification, checkbook, and passive activation of customers, highlighting discrepancies in the contact center, liaising with the center, and ensuring timely processing of requests.
• Thoroughly investigate applications received for internal and regulatory requirements.
• Highlighting inconsistencies in the respective branch through workflow and supporting the branch community to resolve the inconsistencies.
• Ensure TAT with the accuracy of customer and account information in the system.
• Protecting customer information and data.
• Complete special tasks and assignments as needed.
• Stay updated with banking updates.
