WAPDA has invited applications from retired armed forces candidates for the Director and Deputy Director posts. Posting can be done at any location of WAPDA in Pakistan.
The quota of both posts is open based on merit. Both positions are on a one-year contract.
It will be revised after one year based on the individual’s performance and staffing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
| Director BPS-19 | No. of Posts: 01 Age: Maximum 50 Years Education: Retired from the Armed Forces with the rank of Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent. |
| Deputy Director BPS-18 | No. of Posts: 02 Age: Maximum 48 Years Education: Retired Army Officers of Major or equivalent rank. Experience: Preference will be given to those having experience in the relevant field. |

- Photocopies of Identity Card.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Academic Certificate.
- Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, and Master Certificates.
- Experience Letter Certificate.
- Training certificate.
- NOC from Government.
- Retirement order of SOS/SOD from MS Branch GHQ if possible.
- Two passport-size photographs.
