Description of Duty

Provide engineering and technical analysis, advice, and assistance for energy efficiency initiatives managed by the Office of Energy Efficiency.

Required Qualification

Education:

Graduation from an accredited post-secondary institution in mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, environmental, aeronautical, geological, or architectural engineering, or in another engineering discipline relevant to the position’s responsibilities.

Experience:

Expertise in technical and statistical analysis, or analysis in the following domains: industrial, residential, and commercial/institutional buildings.

Experience preparing technical reports, presentations, and studies.

Experience offering technical guidance and support to managers, professionals, and the general public.

Experience is defined as the depth, breadth, and complexity of experience gathered over a minimum of two (2) years following graduation from a postsecondary institution, usually as part of the candidate’s regular duties.
