Eligibility Criteria

Age	55 years of age as of the date of application.
Education	Graduation, post-graduation from a recognized institution, or an external university. International certificate holders will be given an additional advantage.
Experience	Minimum 12 years of experience, including five years in any one position.

Responsibilities

Compliance:

• SOPs and PR of the Bank of Punjab.
• SBP Prudential and Other Rules.

Planning, Control, & Management:

• Responsible for the supervision and management affairs of the group.
• Developing strategies to meet the profit target with the president and CEO as per the approved budget.
• Responsible for overseeing the team to accomplish a predetermined goal.
• Setting team objectives, including revenue goals.

Operational:

• Reviewing the Treasury and equity capital markets as per the bank’s budget.
• Pursuing the bank’s treasury and capital return through a framework taking into account external and internal activities.
• Monitoring the availability of funds for cash flow, investing, and borrowing needs.
• Ensuring the availability of funds to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements.
• Responsible for clearance of all internal and external audits.
• Responsibility for implementing the Bank’s ALCO decisions
