Qualification

• Graduation (Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and basic computer knowledge.
• OR
• (Second Division) from an institution of higher learning accredited by the Higher Education Commission. Five years of experience in the intelligence wing of law enforcement agencies.
• Note: After the required education, only real-world experience will be accepted.

Test Syllabus

• 100 marks and one paper of 90 MCQ-type written test
  duration of minutes. The syllabus is as follows:
• General Qualifications including (80%)
  General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, and Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim Candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Daily Science.
• Basic Computer Studies (20%)

Terms and Conditions

• Federal government or semi-government employees, employees of autonomous bodies, and employees of federal government or provincial government local bodies are not entitled to it. Age relaxation for the period of their service in such an organization.
• A candidate must present his foreign or local equivalency certificate if he believes that his qualifications match those required.
• The qualifications granted by the Qualification Equivalency Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C.) of the relevant department or the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) shall be recognized.
  final by the Commission, whether at the time of the interview or at any time the Commission requests it. if a candidate neglects to turn in the equivalent certificate that the appropriate authority has provided.
  Their candidature will be withdrawn at the interview or any moment the Commission requests.
• If a candidate says that he is qualified to work for a private company, he should demonstrate during the interview that the company is registered with the Registrar of Firms, SECP, or any other organization.
• If he does not comply with any other regulatory body, his application will be rejected. The candidate must submit documents confirming the status of an appropriate private entity as a registered body during the period of expertise claimed.
• Service candidates while applying for specific posts, should ensure that they have applied for NOC/DPC from their respective departments and will provide the same.

• While applying for a particular post, candidates should ensure that they have the registration certificate of PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMMC, PVMC, or other concerned agencies.
• The Regulatory Body shall provide the same, and if called for, at the time of interview on or before the closing date.
• Candidates should ensure that they bring the percentage certificates, total marks, or grades obtained for all degrees awarded by the appropriate authority to the interview. Otherwise, a CGPA will not be accepted.
• Any information shared by anyone other than the PPSC website is not authentic. Therefore, candidates should not rely on any such information.
• If required, typing, proficiency, and shorthand tests will be conducted only in Lahore.
• No fresh applications will be entertained if the concerned department decides to adjust the number of vacancies.
