Major Responsibilities:

• Visiting Service Partner Branches and briefing the Regional Quality Manager, Preparing health checkup service reports, collecting data, identifying improvement areas, and preparing service plans at the branch level.
• Visiting at least four to five branches daily, conducting health checks, circulating reports, and reviewing follow-ups.
• They are working closely with the branch team to improve service outcomes and make every effort to resolve their issues.
• It is facilitating meetings at branch, district, and area levels.
• Assist in training field staff for CSS, MSP, and service clinics.
• Working closely with the Regional Service Quality Manager in the implementation of service initiatives within the region
